Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders over $100 ship free within the U.S.

    We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $7.95.

    Customers can choose UPS Ground Shipping for $10 for faster and more reliable delivery.

    For overnight delivery, UPS Next Day Air Saver is available and calculated at checkout.

    FREE Local Pickup for our Cumming, GA customers.

  • We are happy to offer FREE Local Pickup for our Cumming, GA customers.

    To use this option, type in promo code “PICKUP” at checkout. We have enabled this option to better accommodate our local shoppers.

    You should not use code “PICKUP” if you are not within driving distance of Cumming, GA. 

    Sashay by Sophia LLC reserves the right to cancel your order and/or invoice you for a shipping label if you are not within driving distance of Cumming and still use the local pickup code “PICKUP” at checkout. 

    After placing a pickup order, the customer will have 7 days from the day they are notified that the order is ready for pick up. On day 8, if your order has not been picked up you will receive a request for a shipping label payment. If that request is not paid within 48 hours, your order will be canceled and you will be granted a refund through store credit, minus a 20% restocking fee.   

    You must checkout online to purchase items. We do not offer in-person payment for local pickup orders. 

    All pickup order notifications will be sent through the email or phone number that you provide upon checkout.

Returns & Refunds

  • We want every customer to love their Sashay by Sophia purchase. However, if something doesn’t work out, all online orders are eligible for store credit only if returned within 14 business days of receiving the order. After this timeframe, items will no longer be eligible for return.

    We do not offer exchanges or refunds at this time.

    Final Sale items include anything purchased at a discounted rate, as well as products marked “On Sale.” Accessories, graphic tees, leggings, sweatshirts, athletic wear, bodysuits, and swimwear are also final sale due to hygiene reasons. Gift cards are non-returnable.

    To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, and include original tags. Returns with stains, hair, or odors will not be accepted.

  • Checkout with the $1.00 Re:Do product for free unlimited returns for store credit on your order if needed and send it back for free if it doesn’t work. This is only compatible with our website at this time.

    Didn’t checkout with Re:Do? You will still return like normal and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money! 

    Return Instructions

    You must complete the return form found in our Returns Portal before mailing back your items.  

    Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. 

    Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

    **Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Customers must complete the return form in our Returns Portal before mailing back any items. Please include the original packing slip with the return — this slip is provided in the shipment and includes the customer’s order information and number.

    Once the return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. After processing, a store credit will be emailed to the customer.

    Items sent back without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

  • We are lucky enough to provide our customers with a fitting room at each of our pop-up events! Due to this option, all sales at our pop-up events are final sale.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after being placed. Orders are not eligible for cancellation for any reason.

  • Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at sashaybysophia@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage and we will happily help!

    Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged. 

    Sashay by Sophia is not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing by the customer.
