We offer standard U.S. shipping for a flat rate of $7.95. For fast and more reliable shipping, please select our $10 UPS Ground Shipping option.

UPS Next Day Air Saver is our overnight delivery option. Deliveries reach residential customers by the end of the next day. Orders must be placed by 12 pm EST for same day processing. If you order after 12 pm EST your order will be processed the next business day. **NEXT DAY DOES NOT DELIVER ON SATURDAYS! **If you live in Georgia, continue to checkout with UPS Ground. Orders placed in Georgia with UPS Ground will deliver in 1-2 days.

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after being placed. 

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If you need to update your shipping details or cancel your order, contact us at sashaybysophia@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once your package has shipped, any delivery issues should be addressed directly with the courier.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS and/or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times.

P.O. boxes cannot be shipped UPS. 

International Orders

International shipping is available, with rates calculated at checkout. Please note that any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as "PRE ORDER" are items that will ship to you when we receive it from our vendor and have the item in stock. Please allow between 2-4 weeks for pre orders to ship to you after you place your order. Please note that choosing a faster shipping option will ONLY speed up your order once the item is in our stock from our vendors. 

Lost/Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit please email us at sashaybysophia@gmail.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

**Sashay by Sophia LLC is not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
