Return Policy
We hope that you love everything that you purchase from Sashay by Sophia. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. All online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return. We do not offer exchanges or refunds at this time.
Items purchased at a discounted rate and items categorized as "On Sale" are FINAL SALE. In addition, accessories, graphic tees, leggings, sweatshirts, athletic wear, and bodysuits are also FINAL SALE due to hygiene reasons.
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, all swimwear must be returned with the original hygienic liner intact. Bikini bottoms returned without the hygienic sticker will not be accepted as a return and, therefore, will not be eligible for store credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in perfect condition. This means the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags. We will not accept any items with stains, hair, or odors of any kind.
We do not offer exchanges.
About Re:do
Checkout with the $1.00 Re:Do product for free unlimited returns for store credit on your order if needed and send it back for free if it doesn’t work. This is only compatible with our website at this time.
Didn’t checkout with Re:Do? You will still return like normal and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money!
Return Instructions
You must complete the return form found in our Returns Portal before mailing back your items.
Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
**Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receipt of your order. Please email us at sashaybysophia@gmail.com and include clear photos of the damaged item(s) so we can properly assess the issue and assist you.
Please note: Claims submitted without photo evidence of the damage will not be eligible for resolution, including store credit or replacement.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
Sashay by Sophia is not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing by the customer.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after being placed. Orders are not eligible for cancellation for any reason.
